Built for our client Paul, this new home in Lincoln combines a practical layout with a clean, timeless finish.

The 170m² house includes three bedrooms, generous living spaces and classic brick cladding, making it a comfortable, low-maintenance home designed for everyday living.

Delivered as a complete house and land package, the project also included appliances and all exterior works. T Dunn Builders managed the driveway, paths, patio and decking, along with the site preparation, new topsoil and hydroseeding.
