Completed for our clients Blair and Penelope, this Flemington house and land package is a great example of a modern, low-maintenance family home.

The three-bedroom new build offers approximately 155m² of floor space and features a stylish combination of horizontal Linea weatherboards and brick cladding.

The home was delivered with all appliances included, while T Dunn Builders also coordinated the full exterior works, including the driveway, paths, patios and decking. The section was then prepared with fresh topsoil and hydroseeding to complete the landscaping.

We are now building another home for Blair and Penelope, which is a fantastic reflection of the trust they have placed in our team and the strong relationship built throughout this project.
