This is a great example and option for those looking to maximise their use on lifestyle and rural blocks! This barn kit was completed for our clients Helen and Ron in West Melton on their 10-acre lifestyle block. This build consists of a 2 bedroom single level dwelling inside a large pole barn shed. As part of the build, we organised and completed the septic system, power and water to the building site and sticking to 75m2 of dwelling space gives Helen and Ron to build a larger home at a later date.
